Filled with spinach and cheese, these rolls are easy, healthy, and delicious!
Ingredients
10 Lasagna Noodles
2 Bunches Spinach, finely chopped
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Cottage Cheese
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
1 cup Onions, sliced
2 cups grated Muenster or Jack Cheese
4 cups Tomato Sauce
2 cloves Grandma’s Jam House Pickled Garlic, minced
½ teaspoon Basil
½ teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Marjoram
Instructions
1. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain.
2. Steam spinach until limp.
3. Add Parmesan cheese, Cottage cheese, and nutmeg to spinach and mix well.
4. In another bowl, combine tomato sauce, garlic, basil, oregano, marjoram.
5. Spread noodles with spinach filling.
6. Roll up and stand on end in grease 9 x 13” baking pan.
7. Sprinkle cheese and onions on top.
8. Pour sauce over all.
9. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
