Ingredients
1 cup packed light brown sugar
¼ cup butter, softened
½ cup quick cooking oats
½ cup Grandma’s Jam House pumpkin butter
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons milk
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup raisins
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets or cover with parchment paper.
3. Cream brown sugar and butter together in a mixing bowl.
4. Beat in oats, pumpkin butter, and egg.
5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
6. Gradually add flour mixture to sugar mixture, alternating with milk.
7. Mix until well blended.
8. Stir in pecans and raisins.
9. Drop cookie dough by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.
10. Bake in the preheated oven until set and golden, about 15 minutes.
11. Transfer cookies to wire racks to cool.
