A classic Italian sauce that is great on pasta or potatoes, in soups or salads or on toast.


    • 4 ounces grated Parmesan Cheese
    • 4 Grandma’s Jam House Pickled Garlic Cloves
    • 2 2/3 Cups tightly packed fresh Basil leaves
    • 1/3 cup Pine Nuts
    • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
    • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil


1. Pulse the nuts and garlic in a food processor until they’re finely chopped.
2. Add the basil and pulse again.
3. Next, drizzle in the olive oil with the food processor blade still running.
4. Finally, add grated Parmesan cheese and process briefly until combined.
5. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
