Pepper jelly adds a touch of sweetness and a bit of heat to these easy, crowd-pleasing sliders that feature warm and crispy sweet Hawaiian rolls filled with ham, turkey, and cheese.
Ingredients
1 package sweet Hawaiian dinner rolls
1/4 cup cream cheese, whipped
1/3 lb. thinly sliced deli turkey
1/3 lb. thinly sliced deli ham
9 oz. thinly sliced Monterey Jack or Havarti Cheese
3 tablespoons Grandma’s Jam House Hot Pepper Jam
1 tablespoon butter melted
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400˚
2. Split rolls horizontally to create a top and bottom half, leaving each half intact.
3. Place the bottom half of the rolls into a greased 9×13” pan.
4. Spread cream cheese over the bottom half of rolls.
5. Layer turkey, ham and cheese evenly over cream cheese.
6. Spread pepper jelly over cut side of top half of rolls, and place on top to create one large sandwich.
7. Combine the butter and garlic powder and brush over top of the sliders using a pastry brush.
8. Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
9. Remove the aluminum foil and bake another 10 minutes.
10. Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.
