Grilled Shrimp Po Boy Sandwiches with Corn Relish



    • 16 Extra-large shrimp, shelled and deveined
    • Kosher salt
    • Black pepper
    • 4 French Bread rolls, sliced but left attached
    • 1 tablespoon cup Olive Oil
    • 1 Jar Grandma’s Jam House Corn Relish
    • 1 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning


1. Heat grill to medium heat.
2. Season the shrimp generously with salt and pepper
3. Brush inside of rolls with olive oil
4. Drain Corn Relish
5. On stove, heat corn relish in saucepan until heated through.
6. Stir in Ranch Seasoning. Remove from heat.
7. Grill shrimp 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through.
8. Grill bread until lightly browned.
9. Scoop shrimp into the rolls and top with the corn relish.
