Grilled Sausages with Sweet Chili Sauce

Great for lunches or dinner, these tasty sausage sandwiches will hit the spot!


    • 4 mild pork sausages
    • 4 sausage buns, split lengthwise
    • ½ cup Grandma’s Jam House Grape Jam
    • ½ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
    • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion


1. Preheat a lightly oiled grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill sausages for 7-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
3. In a bowl, whisk together jam, sweet chili sauce and lemon juice.
4. To serve, add lettuce to sausage buns and top with a cooked sausage.
5. Drizzle each sausage with sauce and red onion.
6. Serve immediately.
