This flavorful pineapple-apricot chicken can be made in the oven or the crock pot for a super easy, no fuss, delicious dinner that the whole family will love!
Ingredients
3 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 cup Grandma’s Jam House Pineapple Apricot Jam
1 cup Catalina salad dressing or Russian dressing
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 ounces dried onion soup mix
Instructions
Oven Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine jam, dressing, onion soup mix, and mustard. Mix well.
3. Place chicken in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
4. Pour mixture evenly over chicken.
5. Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Crock Pot Directions
1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine jam, dressing, onion soup mix, and mustard. Mix well.
3. Pour mixture over chicken.
4. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low heat for 4-6 hours.
5. Serve as whole pieces or shred.
