This nacho dip takes no time at all. Just brown some meat, a little chopping, throw it in the crock pot, and you’re good to go. What’s better than that? Optional: Try Grandma’s Jam House Medium Salsa or Hot Habanero for a spicier dip

Ingredients

    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
    • 1 medium sweet onion, diced
    • 1 - 4 ounce can diced green chiles
    • 1 (1 pound) loaf processed cheese food (such as Velveeta), cubed
    • 1 - 16 oz. Grandma’s Jam House Mild Salsa

Instructions

    • Brown ground beef and onion until done. Drain well.
    • Place cooked beef into slow cooker.
    • Sprinkle with taco seasoning.
    • Add chiles, salsa, and cheese.
    • Cook on high for 1 hour or on Low for 1 1/2-2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
    • The dip is ready when the cheese is fully melted and combined with the other ingredients when stirred.
    • Place slow cooker on warm to keep the dip creamy and melty.
    • Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips, crackers, or even vegetables such as carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli.
