Corn Oyster Casserole

A Thanksgiving treat that’s great the rest of the year too!
Ingredients
1 can crushed corn
1 jar Grandma’s Jam House Corn Relish, drained
1 egg slightly beaten
10 ounces frozen or fresh oysters, with liquid
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/4 cup crushed crackers – not crumbs

Topping Ingredient: 1 tablespoons butter, melted
Topping Ingredient: 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
Instructions
Combine the first six ingredients in order.
Place in a greased 1 ½ quart casserole dish.
Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter.
Add topping and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
