Corn Oyster Casserole

A Thanksgiving treat that’s great the rest of the year too!

Ingredients

    • 1 can crushed corn
    • 1 jar Grandma’s Jam House Corn Relish, drained
    • 1 egg slightly beaten
    • 10 ounces frozen or fresh oysters, with liquid
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 1/4 cup crushed crackers – not crumbs

    • Topping Ingredient: 1 tablespoons butter, melted
    • Topping Ingredient: 1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Instructions

    • Combine the first six ingredients in order.
    • Place in a greased 1 ½ quart casserole dish.
    • Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter.
    • Add topping and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
