Cherry Glazed Ham Loaf

Ingredients

    • 1 pound ground ham
    • 1 pound ground pork
    • 3/4 cup cracker crumbs
    • 1/4 cup chopped onion
    • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 1 teaspoon parsley

    • Sauce Ingredient: 1/2 cup Grandma’s Jam House Cherry jam
    • Sauce Ingredient: 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

    • Mix meat with other ingredients.
    • Blend well.
    • Shape into loaf and place in shallow baking pan.
    • Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
    • Stir together cherry jam and dry mustard in a small saucepan.
    • Heat and stir until the jam is melted.
    • Spoon preserve mixture over meat loaf.
    • Bake until the internal temperature is 160 degrees F, about 10 minutes more.
    • Let stand for 10 minutes.
    • Carefully slice and serve.
