Crock Pot Nacho Dip
Print
This nacho dip takes no time at all. Just brown some meat, a little chopping, throw it in the crock pot, and you’re good to go. What’s better than that? Optional: Try Grandma’s Jam House Medium Salsa or Hot Habanero for a spicier dip
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
1 medium sweet onion, diced
1 - 4 ounce can diced green chiles
1 (1 pound) loaf processed cheese food (such as Velveeta), cubed
1 - 16 oz. Grandma’s Jam House Mild Salsa
Instructions
Brown ground beef and onion until done. Drain well.
Place cooked beef into slow cooker.
Sprinkle with taco seasoning.
Add chiles, salsa, and cheese.
Cook on high for 1 hour or on Low for 1 1/2-2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
The dip is ready when the cheese is fully melted and combined with the other ingredients when stirred.
Place slow cooker on warm to keep the dip creamy and melty.
Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips, crackers, or even vegetables such as carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli.
