Cherry Glazed Ham Loaf

Your family will love this flavorful pork loaf. And don't forget - leftovers make tasty meatloaf sandwiches the next day!
Options – Try with any of our delicious flavors of Grandma’s Jam House jam!
Ingredients
1 pound ground ham
1 pound ground pork
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon parsley

Sauce Ingredient: 1/2 cup Grandma’s Jam House Cherry jam
Sauce Ingredient: 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions
Mix meat with other ingredients.
Blend well.
Shape into loaf and place in shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Stir together cherry jam and dry mustard in a small saucepan.
Heat and stir until the jam is melted.
Spoon preserve mixture over meat loaf.
Bake until the internal temperature is 160 degrees F, about 10 minutes more.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Carefully slice and serve.
